About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and validity of our property data. You will be responsible for producing comprehensive data analysis from our asset management systems to inform future investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data infrastructure is efficient and effective
  • Collect, collate, and administer property-related data in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support in delivering corporate property data-related projects
  • Provide specialized administrative support to the team and department

About You

We are looking for an experienced data analyst with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. You will have a strong understanding of asset management databases and be able to influence and shape property investment needs. You will also be able to work effectively in a team and take the lead on data and customer-related projects.
