About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Communications and Client Campaign Executive to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our marketing function, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and testing regulated communication materials across all schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Design and support activity across schemes that support the contact and engagement strategies for members, working efficiently and observing brand guidelines within budget and timescale.
  • Collaborate with Agencies and Suppliers: Work with agencies and third-party suppliers to deliver materials, ensuring they meet commercial and business targets, and are delivered to brief and to budget.
  • Analyse and Report Campaign Effectiveness: Create and contribute to the analysis and reporting of the effectiveness of communications and campaigns to optimise the effectiveness of our activity and improve member experience.
  • Utilise Customer Insight and Analytics: Utilise customer/member insight, analytics, and data to create effective communications that deliver our key messages and support commercial objectives.
  • Manage Stock Levels and Version Control: Review printed stock levels with third parties, manage correct version control, and ensure minimal stock waste.
  • Build Relationships with Stakeholders: Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, across L&G Retail and Group, ensuring our behaviours are always demonstrated, and expertise and requirements are understood.
  • Work within Risk and Compliance Framework: Work within our appropriate risk and compliance framework, demonstrating key behaviours of a professional, supportive, and engaging marketing function, ensuring communications meet required regulations.
Requirements
  • Marketing and Communications Education: Marketing and/or communications education desired but not essential if equivalent experience.
  • Numerate with Strong Analytical Skills: Numerate with strong analytical skills and evidence of budgetary management.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal skills, able to produce copy to publication standards.
  • IT Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
  • Experience in Marketing Function: Experience of designing and delivering consumer-facing communications, working with creative agencies, and providing briefing, management, and creative evaluation.
  • Preferably Financial Services Experience: Preferably experience of working within a financial services marketing/communications team or equivalent.
