We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant in Business Change & Transformation to join our Strategy+ (S+) team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and adjusting as needed.
  • Leading project teams to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for new projects and services.
  • Supporting the continuous development of a top-performing Change and Transformation capability.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a change and/or transformation consultant, preferably with infrastructure projects.
  • Capability of developing an implementation plan and overseeing its execution.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Flexibility to work away from the office as needed.
