Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Core HR & Self-Service Transformation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing HR systems, enhancing user experiences, and contributing to the transformation of our People Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Core HR processes and self-service functionalities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to configure and optimize HR systems.
  • Analyse user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to elevate self-service capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and facilitate training sessions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR system implementations.
  • Profound understanding of Core HR processes and self-service functionalities.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuring and optimizing HR systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
