Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core HR & Self-Service Transformation Expert to join our team at First Bus. As a key member of our People Services Transformation team, you will be responsible for optimizing our HR systems and processes to enhance user experiences and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on Core HR processes and self-service functionalities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to configure and optimize HR systems.
  • Analyse user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to elevate self-service capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Core HR processes and self-service functionalities.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and facilitate training sessions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR system implementations and optimization.
  • Profound understanding of Core HR processes and self-service functionalities.
  • Hands-on expertise in configuring and optimizing HR systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
