Job Summary

Influx Search is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our client, a leading UV Disinfection business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the UK, Ireland, Iceland, and Greenland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet assigned sales and revenue growth targets through effective sales strategies and channel management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and agents to drive sales and margin growth.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on competitors, market trends, and territory dynamics to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales director to develop and execute sales plans that align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product innovations to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales and channel management experience in the water treatment or UV disinfection industry.
  • Strong understanding of UV or hygienic/sanitary water and/or wastewater treatment processes and products.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English language skills to a professional or higher level.
