About the Role:

CharityJob is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our in-house marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising and executing our multi-channel, full-funnel growth strategy to drive quality candidates to our site, as well as driving revenue from recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive quality candidates to our site and increase revenue from recruiters.
  • Collaborate with our agencies to deliver media management and test-and-learn strategies, ensuring alignment with targets and project managing activities to optimize our long-term campaign health.
  • Prepare and work in partnership with agencies to deliver quarterly recommendations for our overall media maturity and growth.
  • Closely monitor campaign performance and attribution across all channels, making data-driven insights to inform our activity.
  • Oversee budget management for success and efficiency, accounting for all costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including data analytics, design, content, product, and sales, to deliver projects for our overall campaign maturity.
  • Monitor the latest digital marketing and recruitment tech opportunities to efficiently widen our reach of quality candidates or drive new monetization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A track record of developing and delivering successful growth strategies.
  • A strong understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in using GA4.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear briefings to agencies and in-house teams.
