Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Print Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Receive, edit, and set up artwork for digital print production
  • Produce print proofs and manage printing of personalized name badges for events
  • Ensure quality control and delivery schedules are met
  • Liaise with print suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and record of maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with design applications such as Adobe InDesign
  • Data handling ability, e.g., intermediate experience with Excel
  • Positive approach to work, mature, and independent character
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • High level of initiative
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Experience in a print production role or a role where design software is widely used
