The Role

A dynamic and experienced administrator is required to join our team in the Wessington Way area of Sunderland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business, with a focus on database management, health and safety certification, and construction-related duties.

The Person

We are seeking a strong administrator with excellent IT skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in database management, health and safety certification, and construction-related duties. COINS knowledge is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database/CRM management
  • Maintain health & safety certification records
  • Issue Health & Safety updates to colleagues
  • Follow up on outstanding tenders
  • Arrange the hire/off hire of construction equipment
  • Create Framework Agreements and issue to sub-contractors
  • Update Framework Agreement Matrix
  • Process orders for materials and sub-contractors via IBIS
  • Process sub-contract payments/deal with payment queries
  • Maintain department's daily calendar
  • Booking/invites to meetings, provide refreshments for meetings and place lunch orders as requested
