Guest Relations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Investigate and respond to guest feedback, ensuring all comments are shared with relevant team members.
  • Liaise with hotel teams across different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Act as the lobby host, meeting and greeting guests, answering queries, and making them feel welcome.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to motivate others to deliver high standards of service and delegate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using IT software, with familiarity with Opera an advantage.
