Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Sales Manager to join our team at ElringKlinger Automotive Manufacturing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new projects and managing customer development projects from start to finish.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Acquire new projects through direct customer contact and independent non-site visits.
  • Control part prices and tooling costs to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Manage customer development projects according to our established process description.
  • Support the development of ElringKlinger processes to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Build, update, and track project timelines using corporate and plant-timing as well as customer due dates.
  • Serve as the main interface or contact person for project documents to the customer's departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Non-Automotive sales industry.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the ability to commute to our office in Plymouth, MI. We offer a competitive salary of $100,000.00 per year and a hybrid remote work arrangement.
