About the Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth plan. With the autonomy to work independently, you will have the freedom to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best.

We provide comprehensive marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising, to help you succeed in your role. Our team of marketing professionals is available to guide and support you every step of the way.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a truly all-encompassing role that allows you to do estate agency your way, while being backed by Nested's brand, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, including marketing tactics and sales initiatives.
  • Manage a marketing budget to generate leads and build a local valuation machine.
  • Align with the Nested brand and adopt a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize social media skills to build your brand and engage with your community.
  • Work with our market-leading customer app to provide exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and enhance communication with clients.
  • Contribute to a values-driven estate agency with ambitious growth plans, an active Area Partner community, and hands-on training opportunities.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of top industry experience in valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
  • A clear understanding of what it takes to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong social media skills, with the ability to build your brand and engage with your community.
  • Experience working with a market-leading customer app to provide exclusive property insights and enhance communication with clients.
