As a Nested Area Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth plan. With the autonomy to work independently, you will have the opportunity to build a successful estate agency business in the area you know best.
We provide comprehensive marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising, to help you establish a strong presence in your market. Our team of marketing professionals is available to guide and support you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, including marketing tactics and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
- Manage a marketing budget to generate leads and build a local valuation machine.
- Align with the Nested brand values and customer-centric approach.
- Utilize a market-leading customer app to provide exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and enhance communication with clients.
- Participate in a values-driven estate agency with ambitious growth plans and a supportive community.
- Enjoy flexible working arrangements, with the ability to work from anywhere and at any time.
- 5-10 years of experience in the residential property sales industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Clear understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and business growth strategies.
- Alignment with the Nested brand values and customer-centric approach.
- Strong social media skills and enthusiasm for building a personal brand.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intuitive and market-leading customer app skills.
