Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates, while also driving sales and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • General Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including updating property details, managing office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and candidates.
  • Client and Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and work to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets, and provide support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or estate agency role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Real estate license or equivalent required.
