About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating sales, and valuing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on property valuations and sales negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer in the property industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of property valuations and sales processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £23,000
- A super commission structure with an on-target income of £36-40,000
- Private health cover and mileage allowance
- A five-day working week with lie time for working a Saturday
