Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at BSC Education Limited. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans to support sales efforts
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in sales and business development in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Turkish Speaker
Desired Experience/Skills:
  • Previous experience in education sales would be advantageous
