Production Team Leader

Reed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to oversee our production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing productivity, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team to achieve manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of manufacturing personnel in a high-volume production environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and maintain seamless operations.
- Monitor production standards and quality control measures.
- Ensure team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements.
- Support the training of new team members and ensure all team members are competent in their roles.
- Implement and support continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and safety.
- Ensure all manufacturing records are completed appropriately and accurately.
- Follow the escalation procedure for quality concerns.
- Manage operators' attendance, employee-related issues, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
- Identify areas for improvement and initiate projects aimed at lowering costs and improving quality.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant manufacturing management software.
- Leadership and team management skills.
