About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Academic and Operations Officer to join our team at Alphaplus Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on operational matters, including quality assurance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
Requirements
  • Master's degree level or higher in a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Expert knowledge of the education sector in the UK and internationally.
  • Substantial experience of operations management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Successful record of accomplishment in developing and directing significant operational delivery processes.
  • Experience of managing through change and implementing quality assurance systems, procedures, processes, and accreditations.
  • Demonstrable contribution to strategic vision, business planning, and finances.
  • Experience leading within a medium or large organisation in a progressive, commercial setting.
