About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Academic and Operations Officer to join our team at Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence in a highly competitive market. You will have a proven track record in senior operations roles within a 4 or 5 star internationally branded establishment and will be able to demonstrate inspirational leadership, motivating and developing team members to contribute towards the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver results, maximising profits through sales and yield, whilst exploiting opportunities for growth within the business.
- Assume overall responsibility for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
- Be flexible in your approach to driving performance in a 24/7 business.
- Support Company's business strategy.
- Be involved in agreed activities within the local community aimed at enhancing our competitive advantage and increasing Hotel profitability through local networking.
