Guided Solutions is a leading global developer and manufacturer of medical devices utilised in hospitals and community settings. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the region of Hampshire, Wiltshire & Dorset.

This region contains some of the highest-performing accounts in the UK, so we are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager capable of defending and growing our business. Working across both acute and community environments, this individual will be tasked to partner with customers at a senior level, including nursing leads, department heads, meds management, and procurement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Responsible for sales and profit targets on our product portfolio, completing quarterly business reviews and forming action plans for creating opportunities.
  • Ownership of pipeline and forecasting opportunities.
  • Partnering with customers to promote value-based proposals.
  • Responsible for knowledge of all local contracts and tenders.
  • Develop a strong network of key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders.

**Requirements:**

  • Wound care, compression, or ostomy care sales experience.
  • Must have acute and community sales experience.
  • Must have demonstrable tender experience and a track record of formulary successes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
