We are a high-end steak restaurant located in the heart of Brighton, known for our coal-roasted rare breed heritage meat and South Coast seafood. Our menu is inspired by our founder's Persian roots and features expertly cooked dishes made with the highest quality ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible.

We offer a seasonal à la carte menu, daily sharing specials, a great value express lunch menu, and Brighton's favourite Sunday Sharing Roast. Our menu is designed to showcase the best of our local produce, cooked to perfection over coal.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You will work closely with our head chef and other team members to ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive dining experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for creating high-quality dishes and providing excellent customer service.
