Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is currently supporting an excellent business with the recruitment of a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst on a permanent basis. Our client is a growing, privately owned property group with a large Head Office based in Kingswinford.

About the Job

Job Summary:

This newly created role is a great opportunity for a commercially-minded Accountant to build their skills and experience within FP&A with lots of exposure to both the Group and Divisional CFOs. This broad role will have elements of business partnering, financial planning, budgeting, and systems development, but a key part of the role will be the ability to draw on data and financial analysis from a range of sources and present this to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Design and implement financial reporting and dashboard solutions to support business needs
Requirements:

Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

Experience: Post-qualification experience in a similar Finance Analyst/FP&A position

Skills: Strong analytical and presentation skills, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to influence key business stakeholders

Desirable: Property or construction background, but our client is open to candidates with relevant professional experience in other sectors
