Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Leader to lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the division.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to drive business growth.
  2. Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to company and statutory requirements.
  4. Manage capital expenditure and project accounting, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  5. Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation processes, maintaining financial discipline.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures, upholding the highest standards.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  3. Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of building strong relationships.
  5. Knowledge of financial systems and processes, with a keen eye for detail.
