About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of our financial management, including HR and H&S.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly management accounts, annual budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage our cash flow and ensure all bills and invoices are paid on time.
  • Oversee our accounting function, including payroll, VAT returns, and corporation tax.
  • Prepare and submit financial information to external auditors.
• HR
  • Manage our HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure we comply with all employment law and HR best practices.
• H&S
  • Develop and implement our H&S policy.
  • Conduct regular H&S audits and risk assessments.
  • Ensure we comply with all H&S legislation.

Requirements

• AAT / CCAB or QBE qualified.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
