Social Work Officer

Service Care Solutions is seeking a skilled Social Work Officer to join our team in Haringey. As a Social Work Officer, you will work within a strengths-based model of practice, holding a non-complex caseload to support residents to improve their independence and wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities:- Undertake strengths-based assessments, reviews, and support planning to enable residents to maximize their independence, improve quality of life, and build their resilience.
- Provide practical support to residents and carers, including accessing living aids and the welfare benefit system.
- Assist in arranging short-term care and providing clients and carers with respite to reduce carer breakdown.
- Work with adult clients, relatives, carers, and communities to help them make informed decisions and contribute to support planning.
- Liaise with colleagues across the Haringey health and social care partnership to gather information relevant to assessment and support planning activities.
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience in a similar role
As a Social Work Officer with Service Care Solutions, you will benefit from a specialist consultant within an experienced and dedicated recruitment team, excellent rates of pay, and payroll services twice a week.
