Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our specialist Travel Team at Experience Travel Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-class service to our clients, building relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge and advice to clients on luxury travel experiences in South and Southeast Asia, including India and Sri Lanka.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores.
  • Work closely with the Travel Team to provide a seamless and personalized service to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Relevant travel industry sales experience, ideally with a history of selling holidays to Sri Lanka and/or India.
  • Strong knowledge of ETG destinations in South and Southeast Asia.
  • Natural communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • A desire to focus on sales within your medium-term career progression.

  • Competitive salary range £30-£45k (+ up to £4.2k team bonus).

Work Location and Hours:

This is an office-based hybrid role – minimum 3 days per week in our Clapham office, with 4 days encouraged. The hours are 9-6 Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday in eight with a weekday off in lieu.
