About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Services Co-ordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our busy property, Beningbrough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Facilities Manager and other team members
  • Manage bookings, rotas, and contractor arrangements
  • Support the organization and attendance of events
  • Lead diary catch-up meetings and provide advice on business support
  • Champion best practice and challenge the norm when necessary
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a business support environment, with facilities or office supervision responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and be customer-focused
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced IT skills
