Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Services Co-ordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our visitors and colleagues.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with our Facilities Manager and other colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our site.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting day-to-day operations, including answering phone and email queries, leading diary catch-up meetings, and managing bookings.
- Assisting with the organization and attendance of events, creating rotas, and organizing contractors.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have an excellent experience.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our site.

Requirements- Relevant experience in a business support environment, along with facilities or office supervision responsibility.
