Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Services Co-ordinator. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our visitors and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations, including answering phone and email queries, leading diary catch-up meetings, and managing bookings.
- Assist with the organization and attendance of events, creating rotas, and organizing contractors.
- Take on Duty Manager responsibilities on a rota basis, overseeing the operation and ensuring a smooth experience for our visitors.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a business support environment, with facilities or office supervision responsibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced IT skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
