Our Retail Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a premium customer experience by providing tailored service and in-depth knowledge of our products.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain visual standards to ensure a consistent and appealing store environment.
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador by promoting our brand values and products.

Requirements

  • Passion for luxury products and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in retail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to see things from the customer's perspective.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Organizational and decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
