Job Summary:

The Royal Garden Hotel is seeking a skilled and experienced Mixologist and Bar Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain Bar Area: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Provide Customer Service: Have a comprehensive understanding of the drink menu, including ingredients, origins, and recommended pairings, and be able to offer suggestions and recommendations to customers.
  • Process Payments: Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and maintain a balanced cash register.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding alcoholic beverage service, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age and refusing service when necessary.
