As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including:

  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the team, including calendar management, email support, and other administrative tasks.
  • Health and Safety: Organizing and managing health and safety administrative tasks and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Vehicle Management: Managing and maintaining documentation for the vehicle fleet, ensuring all necessary records are up-to-date.
  • Site and Agency Support: Assisting with recruitment requirements, including coordinating with agencies and managing candidate information.
  • Office Management: Overseeing and managing office supplies, ensuring the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with the team, agencies, and other stakeholders.
