Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of the plans committee process, liaising with cross-functional teams to design restaurants that optimize sales and deliver brand standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with franchisees and their building consultants to track remodel status through to completion.
  • Visit completed remodels to assess compliance and help develop a catalogue of store conditions.
  • Develop the equity remodel programme each year, coordinating with key stakeholders.

  • Passion for RSC, knowledge of QSR or construction.
  • No prior property experience necessary, but an interest in construction management would be ideal.

What We Offer

We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working, a generous pension, 'Fri-Yay' time, and a bonus scheme. We also provide access to wellbeing initiatives and programmes, including Telus Health and 1:1 Mental Health coaching sessions with our partner Sanctus.
