We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the remodel and new store opening program across our estate, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the administration of the plans committee process, liaising with cross-functional teams to design restaurants that meet brand standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with franchisees and their building consultants to track remodel status and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Visit completed remodels to assess project compliance and develop a catalogue of store conditions.
- Develop and coordinate the equity remodel program, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage the construction program tracker, working closely with construction managers to track progress and communicate changes to impacted teams.
- Manage the supply chain to ensure all products and services are available, communicating with multiple functions as needed.
- Responsible for model changes and updates to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Provide monthly reports on project statuses for internal business communications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with franchisees and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy and Excel familiarity, with the ability to manage and analyze data.
- Passion for KFC and the construction industry, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
