Chase & Holland is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, chasing debtors, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chase and collect outstanding debts in accordance with company procedures
  • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, communicating with customers and updating accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth cash flow
  • Monitor and agree customer payment arrangements, providing accurate management information
  • Work with external debt collectors to optimize debt recovery
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the Finance Director
Requirements:
