Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team at H International Consultant / HIa Legal. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership
    • Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, including consolidation and supporting schedules.
    • Manage and reconcile Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
    • Prepare Year End audit packs and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Support the FD with annual budget preparation, providing detailed schedules and variance analysis.
    • Contribute to the implementation of a new Purchase Order (PO) system.
  • Team Management
    • Mentor and develop the skills of the Accounts Payable team and Management Accountants.
    • Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met by the team.
  • Commercial Accounting
    • Act as a business partner for marketing, collaborating with marketing heads to ensure expenditures are in line with budget.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in financial leadership and management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
