Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

About the RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, a proven track record of working in a contact centre environment, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be willing to learn new technologies and work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
About the Working PatternAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will work an average of 37 hours per week over 5 days, with a 6-week roster that includes additional Sundays. This role is a fixed-term contract/secondment for approximately 12 months.
About the SalaryThe salary for this role is £23,299 per annum, plus a £474 regional allowance per annum. After 6 months, the salary will rise to £25,225 per annum, plus the regional allowance.
