Retail Training Manager

About The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our central team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our teams are supported to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our global operations.
As a Training Manager, you'll have prior experience in training within a multi-site hospitality group and be certified in hospitality. You'll be a hyper-organised self-starter with excellent written and face-to-face communication skills. You'll also be comfortable presenting to various audiences and have skills in project management.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver strategic training programs for our existing bar teams.
- Utilise, develop, implement, and manage training systems.
- Support our network of regional and site-level trainers throughout the business.
- React to fast-paced changes and communicate clearly to our teams.
- Prior experience in training within a multi-site hospitality group.
- Certified in hospitality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Hyper-organised self-starter with excellent written and face-to-face communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to various audiences and having skills in project management.
