We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Secure Care Worker.
Work Schedule: 38 hours per week
Compensation: Salary range of £24,909 - £27,317 per annum, pro rata
Role Summary:
As a Secure Care Worker, you will be part of a nationwide initiative that operates both secure and open facilities for young individuals aged 10 to 17. Our mission is to safeguard vulnerable youth during crises and facilitate a supportive pathway for their future.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care to the children and adolescents, ensuring they are treated with empathy and dignity. While the role encompasses a broad range of duties, you will focus primarily on either 'intervention work' or 'activity work' tailored to the needs of our young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vital support to young individuals, assisting them in achieving optimal outcomes.
- Facilitate their education, health, and independence while fostering self-esteem.
- Demonstrate a positive and passionate approach to care, being mindful of the challenges faced by the youth.
