Key Responsibilities- Manage the commercial aspects of large customer contracts, including optimizing performance, handling disputes, and driving revenue and margin improvements.
- Collaborate with various business areas, including Delivery, Product, Legal, Finance, and Technology, to provide commercial thought leadership and decision-making.
- Work directly with customers and supplier management teams to negotiate and manage contracts.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Manage and resolve commercial disputes to mutually satisfactory outcomes for Arqiva and our customers.
- Ensure compliance with commercial terms and conditions.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial and contract management.
- Proven leadership skills working with customers, internally and externally, and a strong appreciation of sales processes and methodologies.
- Consistent delivery of exceptional results through matrix team structures.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting priorities.
- Proven complex negotiation skills with internal and external customers, including dispute management.
- Strong risk management skills, able to identify and mitigate exposure.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to simplify complexity.
