Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Lead in the Neurodevelopmental Pathway. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the neurodevelopmental pathway, including assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the neurodevelopmental pathway
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision
Requirements
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- At least 3 years experience post qualification
- Experience of conducting cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments
- Ability to provide training and clinical supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience
- Commitment to neuroaffirmative practice
