We have a strong pipeline of live clients/projects, along with a prospect list of contracts to manage and develop. Our Contracts Manager will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing new business in the contract market through proactive networking and relationship-building
  • Managing the candidate process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
  • Sourcing contractors for open vacancies and building a strong client pipeline within the contract market
  • Signing off new contracts, negotiating terms of business, and meeting with new clients to discuss their needs and requirements
Requirements
  • A growth mindset, resilience, and a high level of performance
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and candidates
  • A desire to join a business with a clear progression plan and development structure
