Job Title: Academy Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Academy Site Manager to join our team at Challenge - TRG Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our blue-chip contracts, ensuring a high-quality consistent service is delivered to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fully manage the contract from recruitment to operational delivery.
  2. Meet with the client on a weekly basis to review SLA/KPIs.
  3. Consistently achieve weekly KPIs.
  4. Monitor, forecast, and report on the financial performance of the site.
  5. Line management of the onsite team, including motivation, target setting, and development.
  6. Oversee the daily implementation of the operational plan.
  7. Regular updates and timely escalation of risk/issues to line manager.
  8. Translate strategic and longer-term objectives of Challenge - TRG Recruitment Limited into feasible and understandable solutions for the onsite team.
  9. Build strong client relationships and create a positive client perception of Challenge - TRG Recruitment Limited.
  10. Fully understand client requirements and ensure they are fulfilled consistently.
  11. Recruitment of production staff and other staff locally to meet demands.
  12. Accountable for the calibre of workers selected to work for client accounts and ensuring recruiting methods are in line with Company procedures.
  13. Co-ordinate with the Operations/Recruitment Team for advertising and marketing needs.
  14. Plan and organise the assessment process for all production staff.
  15. Accountable for overall compliance at sites and ensure plans for contingencies are in place.
  16. Complete costings accurately for workers' pay on a weekly basis.
  17. Effective staff management, including absence, pay queries, performance, retention, etc.
  18. Undertake investigations and conduct disciplinary/grievances as and when required.
  19. Plan and organise the induction process for new starters, including a meet and greet and issuing of welcome packs/uniforms.
  20. Responsible for accurate accident reporting and any insurance/claim issues that may arise.
  21. Maximise all opportunities onsite.
  22. Reduce spend wherever possible, e.g., 2nd Tier Agency.
  23. Accountable for exceeding budget, driving results to achieve required P&L.

  1. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
