Office Manager (HR) Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a proven track record in HR to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice, managing recruitment, and overseeing employee procedures, ensuring alignment with our ISO system (QUENCH).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and management
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Oversee employee procedures, including onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct audits and reviews of HR systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
