Customer Service Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Adviser to join our team at Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Management: Obtain and record full customer/vehicle details and accurate descriptions of work to be carried out.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell products to customers, such as brake services, number plates, fuel treatments, service plans, replacement tyres, and MOTs.
  • Financial Transactions: Prepare and present cash and account invoices to customers, and receive payment before the vehicle is removed from the premises.
  • Communication: Liaise with the Foreman/Service Manager on the progress of vehicles in the Workshop, and inform customers of any delays in completion.
  • Workshop Management: Maintain the Workshop loading system, and inform customers of any work which it has not been possible to carry out and arrange future appointments for completion.
  • Customer Queries: Deal with customer queries and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Service Manager to ensure that the Workshop loading system utilizes full labour potential.
  • Documentation: Ensure that information required for Warranty items is recorded on the Job Card, and file Job Cards and other documentation.
Requirements:
  • Motor Trade Experience: Must have previous experience in the motor trade.
  • Communication Skills: Must be eloquent, professional, and presentable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to deal with challenging customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
  • Leadership: Able to lead meetings and work across teams in a professional and assertive manner to ensure Quality Scores improve and remain high.
