Role OverviewIn this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders across various departments including Marketing, Customer Success, External Communications, Product Development, Industry & Sector Specialisms, Operations, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, and Data Privacy. You will be instrumental in developing and executing internal communication strategies that align with our organizational goals, promote a unified culture, and enhance employee engagement.
Your responsibilities will include creating clear, engaging, and motivational messages that simplify complex business information into easily digestible content. By fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, you will ensure our communications reflect our core values and support our mission. You will also play a crucial role in managing communications during times of change, advocating for customer-centric practices, and evaluating the effectiveness of our communication initiatives to drive ongoing improvement.
Candidate Profile:We seek a seasoned communications professional with substantial experience in internal communications, especially within customer-facing, technology, and operational environments. Familiarity with the vocational and technical training sector would be advantageous but is not mandatory. Your ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders is essential, as is your proficiency in developing compelling and strategic content. You should be skilled in managing multiple projects, adhering to deadlines, and effectively utilizing digital communication tools. A commitment to fostering a customer-centric culture and enhancing engagement is crucial.
