We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our Performance and Analytics team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client queries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Execute change management activities for clients, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Provide technical expertise on Performance, Attribution, and Ex-Post Risk to clients, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Attend and lead client service reviews, discussing KPIs, service issues, project updates, and business development plans.
- Coordinate client onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is executed and clients are set up for success.
- Participate in new business activities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service.
- Represent the Performance and Analytics team at internal and external meetings, ensuring excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on client service and analytics.
- Strong numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- PC skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of performance measurement systems and methodologies, with a degree in a mathematically related subject.
