Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Planning department, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Planners, ensuring seamless client experiences and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive communication and managing each stage of the client journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and back-office systems, adhering to company policies.
  • Request policy information from third-party providers, as necessary.
  • Liaise with operational teams to support activities, including valuation scripts, transfers, withdrawals, account openings, and static data changes.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with Investment Managers on Dual Expert cases.

Requirements

  • National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above (equivalent to GCSE in England).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain a strong ethic of client service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and propose solutions to problems.
