Job Title: Time-Writing Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support offshore supervision in collating timesheet information for the offshore workforce.
  • Maintain timely and accurate daily input of offshore labour hours into the time-writing system.
  • Interrogate timesheet content to ensure accuracy in line with project-specific job carding.
  • Collate weekly and monthly man-hour reports.
  • Collate non-productive time analysis and reporting.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all time-related queries.
  • Communicate with the Offshore Construction Supervisor to ensure all timesheets are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Clear invalid time against valid codes and project approvals.
  • Assist in the payroll process.

Further Duties - Commercial:

  • Support the Commercial Coordinator with contract administration of all existing relevant contracts.
  • Handle cash flow and debt management.
  • Assist with calculating sales and cost accruals as part of the reporting cycle.
  • Assist with invoicing.
  • Check the accuracy of third-party invoices against subcontract agreements and approve them as compliance checker where required.
