We are looking for individuals with:
Relevant clinical experience and a strong understanding of case management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong IT literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office
Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Desirable experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, with knowledge of FCA regulations
